What causes supply memory error?
1. When there is any kind of dirt on the chip of the toner cartridge or sometimes carbon is frozen, then our printer does this problem.
2.When the chip of the toner cartridge is not original, it means that when we buy the toner cartridge, it is not original but a copy of the original one, due to which the printer does not detect and this problem occurs.
Steps to fix this error.
1. Press the door button and pull out the toner cartridge.
2.Clean the chip of the toner cartridge with an eraser in such a way that any kind of carbon etc. is cleaned on it.
3.Reinstall the toner cartridge properly
